I found out about this campground on the Michigan DNR Web site, and I tent camped there Memorial Day weekend 2008.
Describe your camping trip:
We were in the Riverbend Campground. Our site was right on the river, a stones throw from the Lower Falls, 4 miles downriver from the Upper Falls. The campground was 90 percent full.
Pros: very peaceful serene and quiet, clean restrooms and showers.
Cons: none
Nearby attractions: the falls.
Further comments: I would recommend to all that can get there.
