Spirit dance teams support their local athletic programs, providing entertainment and building spirit and morale in their schools and community. Competitions between dance teams is one aspect of their activity, promoting sportsmanship, highlighting talent and rewarding hard work, great routines and technique. Gifts for participants should reflect these attributes and thank teams and team members for their participation.

Charms/Jewelry

As a memento of participation, engraved charms of the event make a welcomed gift. If the competition has a logo, creating a charm in the design, along with the date of the event will be a keepsake for each team member. If funds allow, combine the charm with a necklace or bracelet.

Windbreakers or fleece jackets silk-screened or stitched with the competition insignia and date is an option for participant's gifts. Patches can be given to apply to the jackets for teams placing in the event.
