How to Install a Bed Frame

    • 1). Lay the two jointed frame brackets on the floor. Set them lengthwise and parallel to each other, casters down, about 6 feet apart. Orient the brackets so that the two ends with the headboard attachment are directly across from each other.

    • 2). Pull the adjoining crossbars away from each bracket to a 90-degree angle. When you have pulled all the adjoining crossbars out, they will form a rectangle with the main frame brackets.

    • 3). Join the two crossbars farthest from the headboard attachment. Insert the metal tab on the side of one of the crossbars through the slot on the other. Pull the crossbars to secure them in place.

    • 4). Join the two crossbars closest to the headboard attachment following the same process.

    • 5). Place the connected frame in the location where you want to place the bed. Orient the connected frame so that the end with the headboard attachments aligns with the headboards you intend to use, if any. This completes the process.
