All The Attractions At Fantasyland, Disney World

Would you like to go to Fantasyland? You might think Fantasyland doesn't exist, but Fantasyland is a real place and it can be found at Disney World. The majority of attractions here are geared more toward young children. Let's take a lot at the fun that awaits in Fantasyland.

Cinderella's Castle

This 180-foot mammoth of a building is based on the castles of France from as early as the 13th Century. Inside the castle, you will have plenty to explore. The mosaic murals and the Cinderella Suite stand out most. There are also some neat statues in the back of the castle. Believe it or not, Cinderella's Castle is also a great place to eat. Cinderella's Royal Table offers convenience and good food. Reservations are required.

Prince Charming Royal Carrousel

This is a great ride for young children. It's a carrousel with 90 different horses, but the Disney music adds to the fun.

Dumbo The Flying Elephant

This is a cult classic ride at Disney World. You sit in a €flying€ elephant that goes round and round. The Magic Kingdom is in the background. Despite the simplicity of the ride, long lines form here. Try to arrive early in the morning.

It's A Small World

This is ride is over 10 minutes long and you're going to hear the song €It's A Small World€ several times. The song will stick in your head the remainder of the day, but the positives outweigh the negatives. You can see exhibits that are based on all different parts of the world and it's actually a very relaxing ride.

Mad Tea Party

If you like to go in circles, hop in a cup and spin. If you don't have a strong stomach, stay on the sidelines. Also be on the lookout for Alice. She has a tendency to appear in the gardens outside the Mad Tea Party ride from time to time. Who knows? You might even get her autograph.

Mickey's PhilharMagic

Despite being designed back in 2003, this is the newest attraction in Fantasyland. It's also the best attraction in Fantasyland. It took 3 years to design and it comes in 3D. It's about Donald Duck having one of those days where everything goes wrong. It's quite humorous. While the story is amusing, having the smells factored into the show really makes everything come alive.

Peter Pan's Flight

Are you prepared to go on a flying pirate ship? Okay, so it doesn't really fly, but it sure seems like it. As you look down, you will see London, a mermaid and a crocodile. That might sound like a strange mix, but not if you're familiar with the story of Peter Pan.

Snow White's Scary Adventures

Pay attention to the name if you're on holiday with small children. This ride is scary at times, especially the Wicked Witch and the dark woods. Ages 4-5 will love this ride. They're not too young or too old. There are rarely lines here, which is an added bonus.

WinnieThe Pooh

Help Winnie find his honey while traveling on a 4-person Honey Pot car. The special effects and music are excellent and this ride is good for all ages. If you're really lucky, one of the characters might ride along with you.
