I Hate Hemorrhoids - How to Get Rid of Hemorrhoids

There's no easy way to have a conversation about hemorrhoids, is there? Dealing with those little pains in the butt can be so embarrassing that you can't crack a joke about it without coming across as classless, and anything else is like having a talk with your doctor or reading a cereal box.
Well, here's my take on how to get rid of hemorrhoids.
1.
Save the sharks.
Seriously.
Preparation H and products like it use shark liver oil as an active ingredient.
Switch to a Vitamin E based product instead.
Topical creams (which are creams that go on top of the affected area) are very affective at treating those burning, itching feelings.
The best thing to do is take a good shower and make sure you're as clean as can be.
Wait for the area to dry completely (this is important, folks) and apply.
Some people will take a Vitamin E capsule, puncture it, and spread it around the area with a cotton swab.
This not only helps relieve the area, but your shark friends will thank you.
2.
To quote the cereal box, "Increase your daily fiber intake.
" More fiber makes your stools easier to pass.
Easier stools make for less aggravated hemorrhoids.
That's good.
3.
Drink lots of water.
Fiber won't work without the water.
It's just better this way.
Trust me.
4.
To quote the doctor, "Consume less red meat.
" Meat has no fiber.
Meat has a lot of fat.
It makes you have to go and can make going difficult.
That's bad.
5.
I have a family member (here's the proverbial "I know this guy...
" story) who had serious hemorrhoid problems that required multiple surgeries.
The fact that he needed multiple surgeries should suggest just how effective they can be.
Save your butt.
Be smart.
