How to Build a Herald of Xotli
- 1). Open Age of Conan. Choose a server you wish to play on to enter the Character Creation screen.
- 2). Select the prompt to create a new character.
- 3). Choose the character's gender and set the character's race to Stygian.
- 4). Select the "Mage Archetype" for your character's class. Choose "Herald of Xotli" in the submenu.
- 5). You will start the game on the beach. Stay in this area until you have progressed your Herald of Xotli to Level 3. The armor for this character is quite weak and he will have trouble fighting the groups encountered in the jungle.
- 6). Upgrade your armor frequently. This character is only allowed light armor, so you will want to make every available upgrade to build a strong Herald of Xotli. Keep an eye on your mana and stamina levels while building up the character; this character has the abilities of both a mage and a soldier, so these can run low fast.
