Tips on Training Your Body in Cycles With the Tacfit Commando System
Your body responds well to varying stimulus.
But, just like in most things in life, the more you try to change it, the more it tries to stay the same.
You want your body to experience the intensity to push up your metabolism, the relaxation that comes from recovery, and everything in between.
Not only should you consider building your muscles- but one issue that is often overlooked and misunderstood.
That issue is your joints.
Your knees, elbows, ankles, and backs needs to be warmed up and cooled down in order to properly recover and strengthened.
Then, when you do your high intensity, your body will benefit tremendously rather than just be in pain.
You want to experience a degree of pain but not to the point where it is counter- productive.
By training in cycles you are maximizing your workouts especially with the dynamic Tacfit Commando system.
By cycling your training intensity, you will have control of your growth and your recovery.
That is a great position to be in.
Most people (experts and novice alike) have a routine in their workouts.
Doing exercises without a particular purpose just because it is a routine will not be as beneficial as doing exercises with a purpose in cycles.
Intensity in your exercises should be done in cycles.
It is not good for your muscles and your joints to go high intensity for consecutive days.
You will need recovery time.
Recovery time does not mean that you do nothing.
It means that you will modify the intensity so you muscles and joints can recover.
Your joints are susceptible to injuries especially if you are doing repetitious type of exercises.
For example, I used to do multiple repetitions of pull-ups for many days.
It felt good as I progresses on my development- both physically and functionally.
Later, my shoulders started to experience nagging dull (sometimes sharp) pain.
I never took into consideration about my shoulders and elbows.
When you hurt your shoulders or elbows, you will need to loosen up and allow those joints to recover and get stronger.
You will need to increase your range of motion on those joints.
Increasing range of motion does not come from doing more push-ups or pull-ups.
Instead, they occur when you lessen the intensity and enable recovery.
Then, you must incorporate movements such as shoulder rotations, elbow rotations, drill bits, and a wide variety of movements to increase your range of motion in your joints.
The Tacfit Commando System is build upon those principles of training in cycles and intensity.
You will teach your body (which includes your muscles and joints) how to work together and how to recover to get stronger, flexible, and healthy.
