How to Start DUI School in Georgia

1). Visit the Georgia Department of Driver Services website and access the Approved DUI/Defensive Driving Schools list. The Georgia DDS provides listings based on school name, city, and county, along with the contact information for the schools.
2). Look up an approved school in your area on the Georgia DDS website and call the school to find out the start date for the DUI program. You will be required to undergo an assessment by the facility, after which you will be placed into a schooling program.
3). Complete the schooling program at the school, and submit the certificate of completion to the court that oversees your DUI rehabilitation. Also submit the certificate to the Georgia DDS, along with paying a license reinstatement fee.
