Amelia Island Plantation Meeting Facilities include the Amelia Inn & Beach Club, the resort has more than 49,000 square feet of function space to accommodate banquets, conferences and theme parties. The Executive Conference Center and The Amelia Inn Conference Center offers more than 30,000 square feet of conference and function space under one roof. This includes the 11,165 square foot Amelia Ballroom and 5,440 square-foot Cumberland Ballroom.

The two ballrooms divide into six smaller function areas. Eleven additional spaces provide for smaller conferences. Substantial foyer areas provide for pre-function activities and remote group check-ins. Amelia Island Plantation Meeting Facilities also include extensive outdoor patios that function very well for coffee breaks, luncheons and receptions.

The Amelia Inn & Beach Club features two boardroom type conference facilities for high-level executive gatherings.

The Racquet Park Conference Center is situated within Amelia's Tennis Complex. This 8,000 square foot, self-contained meeting center is perfect for groups of up to 100 people. Racquet Park's eight acres include a fitness center with indoor/outdoor lap pool, whirlpool, exercise equipment, racquetball courts, as well as 23 championship tennis courts and an observation deck. It is an ideal location for active meeting groups.

The Grand Pavilion is a multi-purpose, 10,000 square foot pavilion which tremendously increases the capacity of the resort's function space.

The Pavilion's flexibility makes it ideal for theme parties, exquisite ballroom affairs and banquets for up to 800.

Outdoor Areas-The Pool Deck at the Amelia Inn & Beach Club comprises two large free form pools, with an additional wading pool for children and outdoor spa. Expansive deck areas provide increased chair capacities with exceptional views of the beach and ocean. The Beach Club Restaurant Patio provides for luncheon service and libations outside and is close to the lower level swimming pool on the Inn & Beach Club pool deck. Walker's Landing, on the west side of the property, accommodates groups of up to 150 in a superb location next to the marshes of the Intracoastal Waterway.
