There are various causes of memory problems.
Most people who grow older tend to suffer from declining brain functions.

Rest and sleep are also necessary not only in keeping the body healthy but also in improving brain capacities especially in recalling information when needed.
When proper body metabolism is maintained, the body systems including the brain functions can work at its maximum capacity as well.
People have to protect their brains from being affected by harmful chemicals.
Some containers that are made with materials such as plastic, aluminum or Teflon may not be good for the memory.
People may choose the best types of materials especially for the containers that the make use of to cook or to store their food.
They may use some toxic-free containers like glass and use stainless steel pots and pans.
Aside from these, pesticides and other chemicals at home may also affect their memory.
Selecting the best non-toxic materials for all of their needs including mattresses will help them in improving and maintaining their memory functions up to old age.
