Organize To Success
There are many people out in the world today that just can not bring themselves to getting organized and they continually wonder why it is that they can not get caught up with their work and their daily lives and constantly have a lack of production no matter how much time and effort that put forth.
Many people blow it off has being in a state of organized chaos.
There is nothing organized about chaos.
When there is a lack of organization on your part there will be a lack of productivity on your part as well.
You can not function at full capacity and potential when you are disorganized.
You find yourself constantly misplacing things, having to stop and look for them or many times not finding what you need at all.
All this leads to lost productivity time that in the end costs you your free time as well.
When you are disorganized it takes longer to do things and this leads to frustration and when you get frustrated you tend to make more mistakes and this causes more lost time.
When you see someone work space, no matter where it may be, what is the first thing that you think about? Of course, if they are this disorganized and cluttered here what is there home like? Not to mention that cluttered work space also means you have a cluttered mind as well.
When you mind is a mess it tends to lead to a messy outside world as well.
It is not very hard to become a organized individual it just takes a little time on your part and also having a positive attitude goes a long way as well.
Just take the time to get you a daily, weekly and monthly planner and start prioritizing what it is you have to do on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule and start writing it down and in the order that it needs to get done in and the deadlines for each one.
Also put away paper work in its proper place and label them appropriately in a system that works for you to find them quickly.
Also if you are storing things on your computer always have everything in a back up external location so that if your computer crashes, and they all do eventually, you will not lose everything.
This has saved me three times in the past 5 years.
Another benefit from being organized is that there will be less stress and worry in your life.
Once I got organized several years back and found the stress that I was under on a daily basis was either gone and far less than it used to be.
Starting each day with a clean slate is a great feeling rather than walking into your work space finding a mountain of clutter and hoping that you remember everything that you are suppose to do that day.
At the beginning and end of each day make sure everything is in its proper place and you have starting point set the next day and in a short period of time you will start to see productivity increasing steadily.
Until you actually implement this organizational strategy you can not imagine how much your productivity will increase and how much quickly you start seeing goals accomplished when you are organized and stress free.
