Every successful business has to start with a dream; the dream can only be turned into reality with a clearly defined business plan.
The importance of the plan is not how many pages or how nice it looks, but how well you understand it.
I mean every single part; it is a road map to success, showing you where you are now and where you would like to end.
Remember if you don't know where you are going, ultimately you will end up someplace else! Take nothing for granted, anticipate any pitfalls and have a thorough understanding of whom or what your competition is and how you will compete with them.
