Use a Toro Snow Thrower and Save your Back
I live in an area of the United States that gets pounded by snow every year. In central Utah we have huge snowstorms from October to March. I've even witnessed it snowing in April a few times. Whether you live in Minnesota, Boston, New York or Denver you need an electric snow shovel such as the Toro Electric Snow Thrower to get the job done.
I injured my back and had back surgery after a lifetime of digging dirt, mud and lots of snow. Since my surgery I can no longer shovel anything and that's why this product is a life and back saver. Speaking first-hand, this is the most helpful product on the market for moving heavy snow. The Toro 7.5 amp Snow Thrower works great on driveways, but even better on decks and sidewalks. No more shoveling snow over deck rails and hurting your back.
My uncle has had his electric snow shovel since the early 90s and repeatedly says he couldn't make it through the Utah winters without it. The Toro Electric Snow Shovel throws the snow a good 25 feet and the chute can be adjusted to throw the snow in the direction you want it to go. Along with your Toro Electric Snow Thrower, consider purchasing an outdoor electric extension cord which will assist in getting the job done. I recommend a 50' or 75' cord which is easier to roll up and take care of than a 100' cord.
A helpful hint, try to blow the snow before it reaches 2 to 3 feet deep that way it is easier and your workload is lighter. Don't wait for it to get 4 to 6 feet deep, it is a lot harder to do at that point. It is easier to go out often in smaller doses and using your Toro Snow Thrower during the winter on a regular basis can also give you some cardio exercise during the winter when you're sitting inside for months. Keep in mind, the deeper the snow and there is more chance for straining your muscles. The Toro Electric Snow Shovel is so much fun to use so get one now! Trust me it works! Saving my back is proof!
