How to Link Your Laptop and PS3
- 1). Launch Windows Media Player 11 from your laptop computer. If you don't have it installed, you can download it free of charge from Windows update.
- 2). Click "Library." Select "Media Sharing" from the options and check the box next to "Share Media."
- 3). Click the box next to your PlayStation 3 and choose "Allow" to give the device permission to access the media server. Click "OK" to confirm the changes.
- 4). Turn on your PlayStation 3 and scroll to the type of media you want to view from photo, music or video. Choose the file you want to play.
