The Palm

• Since opening in 2000, the Palm has been serving fresh seafood and aged USDA prime beef to Nashville residents and visitors. Jimmy Kelly's

• Julie Reed, senior food editor of The New York Times, calls Jimmy Kelly's "the only 'real' restaurant in Nashville that I like." Set in an old Victorian house with dramatic lighting reflecting off the facade, Jimmy Kelly's and its white-gloved staff have been serving Nashville since 1934. The restaurant is now run by a third generation of the Kelly family, which still keeps the original promise in mind: "Give a guest a great steak, a generous portion of whiskey and attentive service---they will come back and have dinner again."
  
  The thoughtfully prepared menu offers appetizers, sides and salads as well as an assortment of steaks and seafood.
