CRT Ring Shop

• 1). Navigate to the CRT website. Print the form and write your first and last name in Step 1 of the form.
  
  
• 2). Select your font style choice in Step 2 of the form.
  
  
• 3). Write your personalized message in Step 3 of the form. You can write a message up to 30 characters on the outside of the ring.
  
  
• 4). Select your payment method in Step 3 of the form. Check, money order or online payment is accepted.
  
  
• 5). Write your shipping address. There is a note section for any special instructions in Step 4 of the form.
  
  
• 6). Mail the completed form and ring to:

• 7). Contact the store to confirm that it received your ring. Wait for the store to engrave and ship your engraved ring to your address.
  
  

E-Wedding Bands

• 1). Navigate to the E-Wedding Bands site. Complete the form for engraving at the bottom of the page. Select your "Return Shipping" option and press the "Submit" button.

• 3). Contact the store to confirm that it received your ring. Wait for the store to engrave and ship your engraved ring to your address.
  
  

Titanium Kay

• 1). Navigate to the Titanium Kay site. Click on the link in Step 1 on the Titanium Kay page.
  
  
• 2). Complete the payment for the engraving. Write down your order number. It will be assigned to you after checkout.
  
  
• 3). Click on the link in Step 2 of the page. Complete the form. Sign and date the form.
  
  
• 4). Send the ring and completed agreement to:
