How to Make a Slimming Body Wrap

    Quick Oil Wrap

    • 1). Mix the essential oils into the jojoba oil.

    • 2). Cover your waist and stomach area with the oil, and wrap with the plastic wrap.

    • 3). Leave the wrap on overnight. The plastic wrap will cause your skin to retain its body heat and sweat.

    Clay Slimming Wrap

    • 1). Stir the sea salt into the water until dissolved. Add the clay and olive oil. Mix together until a paste is formed.

    • 2). Take a long, warm to hot shower. This will open your pores and help the wrap seep into your body.

    • 3). Leave the shower running.

    • 4). Apply the clay paste to the desired part of your body.

      Wrap the area with plastic wrap using an upward direction, and let sit for 30 minutes.

    • 6). Remove the plastic wrap, and take a lukewarm shower. This will close your pores. Continue to take lukewarm showers for the next 2 days to keep your pores closed.

    • 7). Take a very warm to hot shower on the third day. This will open your pores and the toxins will be released.
