Video: How to Make Whipped Topping for Cupcakes

Hi, I'm Dorangela Bobet, founder of Two Prince Bakery Theater. Today, we'll be making whipped topping for cupcakes. First we have one can of chilled coconut milk, 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla and one cup of confectioners sugar. Now we are ready to begin mixing everything. We're going to use the KitchenAid stand mixer and you could just use the attachment that's for whipping which is this whipper right here. We're going to put in the one can of chilled coconut milk, be careful it might make a mess, because you have the chilled part and then the milk comes out. Get it all in there. Okay. Then we have the one teaspoon of Madagascar vanilla. There we go. And a cup of confectioners sugar. And it's going to go flying everywhere so lets be careful. There we go. And now we whip until frothy. And for this you're going to want to whip it pretty fast because you're trying to fluff it up so you could put it at a higher speed. Now that we've reached the consistency where it's a little bit of a peak forming, we're ready to go put them on our cupcakes. Now that our whipped topping is ready we can just pipe it right onto our cupcakes. And here you have it. Whipped topping for cupcakes.
