7 Best Home Cardio Workouts

With the economy being what it is and jobs and extra cash at a premium, it is possible that you have had to give up your gym membership.
While this might seem like a horrible thing, I believe you can get just as good of a workout, if not better, by working out at home - especially home cardio workouts.
The reality is, despite long, slow cardio not being superior for fat loss, most people continue to go to the gym, stand in front of the magazine rack searching for a magazine they haven't read yet, and then get on a cardio machine while they alternate between reading and watching tv.
And then they wonder why they aren't losing any weight.
So, if I can get people to stop going to the gym, I might have a shot at convincing them to do some form of high intensity interval training, a form of cardio known for its superior fat burning.
There are many ways to do high intensity interval training and home cardio workouts.

For the record, I have no proof that these numbers are accurate or that these 7 exercises are the best calories blasters you can do at home.
However, they are all good and home cardio workouts so I am listing them here so you can work them into your workout routine any way you wish.
