- 1). Place the ham on its side and hold it steady with the carving fork.
- 2). Cut through the ham along the three natural fat seams in the meat to separate the meat into three sections.
- 3). Insert the knife next to the center bone at the base of each of the section and slice along the bone to remove the meat from the bone, which held together the ham slices.
- 4). Separate the meat slices from each section with a fork for serving.
