Navigate to the Apple QuickTime website (see link in Resources) and select the download for your system. Select from ether XP, Vista or Mac OS X.

Type in your email address, then click the "Free Download Now" button to download the QuickTime player. Follow the setup and installation instructions to install it to your PC or Macintosh.

Launch QuickTime player from the location you saved it, then click "File" on the top panel. Click "Open File" then locate your MOV file from your computer. Click "Open" to load it.

Click "View" on the top panel, then click "Present Movie." Click "Play" from the present movie screen. The video will begin playing on a large screen format.

Click the next or previous button to move forward and back on chapters. Push the "Esc" button to get out of full-screen mode. Click the "Window" button on the top panel, then click "Show A/V Controls."

Use your mouse click to adjust the brightness, color and contrast slider settings. Use your mouse to adjust the treble, bass and balance settings.

Click the close button on the top of your program when you are done with your movie.
