How to Make Triangle Hats
- 1). Fold a full section of newspaper in half from top to bottom. The fold will be at the top and the open part nearest you.
- 2). Fold the paper from side to side so the edges meet. Open it up. Notice the crease down the middle.
- 3). Fold down the left and right top corners to meet the crease in the middle of the paper. You now have a triangle.
- 4). Fold up the bottom edge of the triangle. The fold should run along the bottom edge of the two folded corners.
- 5). Flip the paper over. Fold up the other edge to match the edge on the other side.
- 6). Decorate your triangle hat with an assortment of materials such as trim, ribbons, pompoms and buttons to glue on, or use crayons or markers to make designs.
