Asser Levy has free swimming in two outdoor pools; Dry Dock has an outdoor pool; Hamilton Fish Recreation Center offers two outdoor pools, with one reserved for children to use; the Tony Dapolito Recreation Center has an outdoor pool which is free to all, and an indoor pool which is free for under-18s; Red Hook Recreation Center, in Brooklyn, offers free swimming in its Olympic-sized outdoor pool.
