" I can honestly say these guys are among the best providers there are. I have used various others for my needs (usually been determined by cost) and one day I was told about hostwinds. So I decided to have a look at them and 1st impressions were very good. Their prices are on par with the cheapest of providers and the feedback I had seen looked good so decided to give them a try.
That was a decision I have not regretted since the day I signed!!!
For the price they charge I was expecting a slow and delayed customer helpdesk like I had previously experienced with others in the same price range but how wrong I was!!! These guys give you customer service that you would normally pay a premium for. I think the longest I have had to wait for a support ticket to be answered and resolved is less than an hour. They always have someone available on live chat and they are always polite and curtious even when you ask really dumb question.
The actual service of the Vps is also just as amazing. They give you full control over the server and ip's that are allocated so you don't have to request support to do rDNS records like previous providers have done. The server has had 0 downtime and even when I accidently overused the server they did not shut me done but simply requested that I upgrade to the next level "when I have chance to"
Overall these guys are there to provide the service they offer and more. Theres no mis information, broken promises or take your money and run away with them.
I'd happily recommend these as the 1st choice to anyone looking for a Vps, hosting, reseller accounts etc. and will be a happy customer for a long time to come.
Its the small diamond companies like these that really do set a standard that the big boys of hosting need to take a giant leap to match.
