How to Time Animation Sequences in PowerPoint 2007 Presentations With Music
- 1). Open the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 application on your computer and then click on the animation you've added to the slide.
- 2). Click on the "Animations" tab, then click on the "Custom Animations" option. Click on the "Effect Options" button.
- 3). Click on the "Effect" tab, and click on the "From beginning" option so that the animation plays as soon as the slide is shown.
- 4). Click on the "Animation Settings" tab, then enter the length you want for the animation to play in the text box. For example, you can enter "5" for the animation to play for five seconds.
- 5). Click on the sound file that is in the same slide as the animation, then click on the "Custom Animations" option from the "Animations" tab.
- 6). Click on the "Effect" tab again, and click on the "From beginning" option. Click on the "Sound Settings" tab, and enter the same time amount for the sound to play as you entered for the animation.
