How to Create Transparent Stamps in Acrobat
- 1). In Acrobat, click on the "View" menu, select "Toolbars" and choose "Commenting." The "Commenting" palette of options will appear.
- 2). Click on the arrow next to the "Stamp" button on the palette.
- 3). Choose "Create Custom Stamp" from the list of options, then click on the "Browse" button.
- 4). Using the browse dialog box, locate the file on your computer you wish to use as a transparent stamp. This file must have transparency features. The most common file type for this feature is the GIF file.
- 5). Type in a name for your stamp and click the "OK" button. This will insert the stamp. Using the palette, edit your stamp to place it on your document where it will best suit your needs.
