How to Freeze Frosting

    • 1). Scoop the frosting into an airtight container with a spoon.

    • 2). Place the lid on the container securely.

    • 3). Tear off a piece of masking tape. Write the name and flavor of the frosting on the masking tape with a permanent marker. Include the date as well.

    • 4). Place the airtight container in the freezer. Use the frosting within two months for best results.

    • 5). Thaw the frosting in the refrigerator. Knead the frosting with a spoon to make the consistency uniform.
