This will bring up the print dialog screen. Select any options for printing such as ink and color quality. Press "OK" to print.

    Access

    • Turn on the printer and make sure paper is in the tray. Open the address list in MS Access if it is formatted in one of the many extensions supported by Access. Select the database that will be printed. Highlight the appropriate "Fields" to print. Press "CTRL" and "P" on the keyboard simultaneously. This will bring up the print dialog screen. Select any options for printing such as ink and color quality. Press "OK" to print.

    Excel

    • Turn on the printer and make sure paper is in the tray. Open the address list in MS Excel if it is formatted in the XLS format. Make sure the cells are organized and follow the same format. For example, each cell should contain one address and the cell below it another address. Arrange the cells vertically, not horizontally. Press "CTRL" and "P" on the keyboard simultaneously. Labels

Open the program that is used to access the database and then open the database that contains the addresses. Press "CTRL" and "P" on the keyboard simultaneously. This will bring up the print dialog screen. Select any options for printing such as ink and color quality. Press "OK" to print.
