How do I Print an Address List?
- Turn on the printer and make sure paper is in the tray. Open the address list in MS Word if it is formatted in the DOC format. Press "CTRL" and "P" on the keyboard simultaneously. This will bring up the print dialog screen. Select any options for printing such as ink and color quality. Press "OK" to print.
