What you should be aware of is that choosing a wrinkle correction product alone will not solve all of your wrinkle care problems.
There are other things you should also do in your everyday life that will help your skin look younger, more firm, and wrinkle free.
Here are a few of them:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
Some sun is good for your body, don't get me wrong, but too much of it can have a negative effect on your skin.
Ever see those commercials for those booths at beaches that take a picture of you and show the damage the sun causes to your skin? That will show you how powerful the sun's rays are.
So get yourself a hat, some shades, and some sunscreen when you know you are going to be exposed to the sun for a long time.
The sun's it's strongest between 10am and 2pm.
You can also take vitamin B5 to protect yourself from sunburn and help get an actual tan. - Adopting a healthy diet can also prevent wrinkles from forming.
Eat lots of foods rich with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals like leafy green vegetables, orange and red peppers, seafood, blueberries and blackberries, and tomatoes.
Vitamin A, B, C, and E are best for your skin, and Vitamin D is also good for your body.
Make sure to eat plenty of foods with unsaturated fats like extra virgin olive oil, nuts, and eggs. - Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body and skin hydrated.
Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses a day, and make it a habit. - Get at least 8 hours a sleep a night.
Our skin needs just as much time to recover every day as the rest of our body does.
And also get into a routine of washing your face every night to get all the pollutants, debris, and perspiration off your skin.
A step further would be to exfoliate your face. - Exercising regularly will help oxygen flow through your entire body, and help your skin stay firm.
- Avoid stress as much as you can.
Stress is known to cause even more wrinkles, especially on the forehead and around the eyes.
Life's too short to be stressed anyways, am I right? - Along with adopting these habits explained above, you should also get a wrinkle reduction cream or wrinkle correction cream to apply topically to your skin.
