How to Reupholster Office Furniture

- 4). Place the removed pieces of upholstery on the new fabric and use the pieces as a pattern to help you cut the correct sized pieces. Give yourself an extra inch around the edges for give. Staple the upholstery to the furniture. Treat the new upholstery with a stain guard if desired.
