- 1). Remove any branches that extend outward on the stick. It should be a straight stick, like a pole. Cut the ends of the stick so that both are flat, using sandpaper if needed.
- 2). Cut one leg off the panty hose at the knee. Stretch this fabric using your hands until it's as large as possible without tearing. Be gentle and stretch slowly.
- 3). Attach the panty hose to the embroidery hoop using super glue. Place glue on the inside of the embroidery hoop and connect the panty hose to the dots of glue at half-inch intervals. Continue until the panty hose have created a net.
- 4). Connect the embroidery hoop to one end of the stick using a hammer and a nail (see image example). Be sure that the stick is centered with the embroidery hoop.
- 5). Try using your fishing net in the water. If the net comes off the hoop, attach again using more waterproof super glue or with a staple gun.
