How to File a Trademark Online
- 1). Go to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's website at USPTO.gov.
- 2). Click on "File Forms Online" under "Trademarks."
- 3). Click on "Trademark" forms. Fill out the form with the required information, including your name and address and information about the phrase or idea you want to trademark.
- 4). Submit the form online by clicking "Submit."
