- 2). Go to the Labels tab of the Envelopes and Labels dialog box. Click the Options button to open the Label Options dialog box.
- 3). Select any Business Card option in the Product Number list. Click OK.
- 4). Type your name, contact information and other pertinent details as you want them to appear on your business card. Click the New Document button to create a sheet of identical business cards.
- 5). Format the business cards as desired. Press Ctrl+A to select the entire sheet. Change the font, alignment or other formatting features. Add a graphic to your business cards by clicking inside the first card. Go to the Insert menu or tab and select Clip Art or Picture from File. Insert the picture you want to use and drag the borders to resize it if necessary. Copy the image and paste it into the remaining business cards.
- 6). Print the page onto card stock and cut the cards apart. Print as many pages as desired. Save the Word document when finished so that you can print more business cards whenever you need them.
