How would you like to have a nice toned body before summer? How would you like to lose that unattractive flab covering your abs and have a body you can be proud of? Many women over 40 do not really know the details on how to lose their belly fat, so they are very frustrated on the lack of their progress.
I'm going to share with you some of my favorite techniques to lose belly fat quickly.
First, you need to be active throughout your day.
Many women over 40 sit too much at work and at home.
Get up as often as you can, and try to walk as much as you can.
Look for opportunities to become more active: taking the stairs, walk over a parking lot, play with kids...
Every little bit counts.
The next thing to do is to have 5-6 meals every day- and don't skip breakfast.
Ensure that the calories do not add up and you stay in your daily calorie limit.
Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime, so your body starts burning fat when you go to sleep.
Last, replace all drinks containing sugar with water or herbal tea.
Don't buy the "diet" variety of sodas: Scientific research shows, that diet sodas do not help in losing belly fat.
Water and herbal teas are the cheapest drinks you can get, and they are healthy for you- so why waste money? By being active, changing your meal schedule and avoiding sugary drinks you can improve your efforts to lose belly fat greatly.
