How to Remove Liquid From the Inner Ear

    • 1). Mix five drops of alcohol with five drops of vinegar. The alcohol will dry up the water in the ear, while the vinegar will prevent an infection.

    • 2). Use a dropper to place five drops of the solution into each ear. If only one ear contains fluid in the inner ear, then you don't need to treat the other ear.

    • 3). Repeat this twice per day for 3 days, or until the water has dried up.

    • 4). See your family doctor if you are still having problems with the fluid in your middle ear. There may be an infection that requires antibiotics to dry up the fluid.

    • 5). Take your antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor. A normal course of antibiotics lasts 7 to 10 days. Don't stop the antibiotics early if you start to feel better. The infection will just return if you do not finish the entire bottle.
