Stronghold 2 Won't Start
- 1). Restart your computer by clicking on "Start" on the lower left hand corner of the computer screen followed by "Restart." You can also unplug the power cord and plug it back in again. This will fix any electrical or minor connection problems with your computer.
- 2). Uninstall "Stronghold 2" from your computer by accessing the "Control Panel" on your computer. Then click on "Install/Uninstall Programs" and choose the game as the program you want to install.
- 3). Eject the game disc from your computer and use the disc cleaning kit to remove scratches, dents or dirt from your game. As a result of dirt buildup or minor scratches, your game may be defective and therefore cannot be played.
- 4). Insert the game into your computer and install it again. A prompt should immediately appear asking you to install the game.
- 5). Contact Firefly Studios, the manufacturer for "Stronghold 2" if all else fails. You should ask customer service whether you can receive a product replacement or technical support to help you fix the game.
