How to Attach a Photograph Within the Text of an Email
- 1). Create a new message. Insert the email address of the person you want to receive the email in the "To" line.
- 2). Select "Insert" from the top Menu bar and choose "Picture."
- 3). Click "Browse" on the dialogue box that appears. A second dialogue box will open.
- 4). Choose the picture that you want in the email from its location on your computer and select "Open." The dialogue box will close.
- 5). Click "OK" on the "Picture" dialogue box. Your photograph is now inserted in the text portion of your email.
