Judge Not What We See
"If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
" ~ Mother Teresa ~ I am humbled by Mother Theresa's quote, how many times have I automatically judged another in my own thoughts, chats with girlfriends or off-handed comments in public; all too many unfortunately.
And yes, if we are all so busy judging others, how can we express and expand love.
We are too busy seeing the superficial aspects of the body to really SEE another to their own truth, the spirit we all are; the love we all are.
If we are all mirrors to one another than aren't we really judging our own self? What we judge before us (being shown to us) by another, are learning's or lessons to heal by true forgiveness.
These actions, words or behaviors can be good and not so good aspects of our own self that we choose not to look at.
These images can be painful but healing of those aspects frees us of pain and suffering, and that is what forgiveness is truly about.
If we know deep within, that our true self is pure love and Oneness than what have we really done in the first place? Forgiveness acknowledges our true self as God's Holy Son and that we are innocent.
The next time judgments rears its ugly head, step back and ask what am I really seeing? What is this gift of healing being shown to me? Then quietly say this statement.
You are God's Holy Son, You are Innocent, All is now Forgiven and is now Released.
