How to Uninstall PayPal Plug-ins

    Windows XP or Windows 2000

    • 1). Click your "Start" button in the bottom left corner of your desktop.

    • 2). Scroll up to "Settings" and click. Select "Control Panel."

    • 3). Find the "Add/Remove" icon and click it.

    • 4). Scroll through the list of applications and programs installed on your computer. Find "PayPal Plug-In." Highlight it.

    • 5). Click the "Uninstall" button. Follow the prompts to uninstall the plug-in.

    • 6). Restart your computer.

    Windows Vista

    • 1). Click your "Start" button in the bottom left corner of your desktop.

    • 2). Scroll up and choose "Control Panel."

    • 3). Find and click "Products and Features."

    • 4). Scroll through the list of applications and programs installed on your computer. Find "PayPal Plug-In." Highlight it.

    • 5). Click the "Uninstall" button. Follow the prompts to uninstall the plug-in. Restart your computer.
