The Truth About Refined Oil!
This article will focus mainly on refined oils, and why you should avoid them.
Even if the types of oils in your supermarket are not hydrogenated, most oils in every store are refined.
You can find the so called "healthy" canola oil in almost every store, but even many of those oils are refined.
So what is it that I don't like about the refined oils? The reason is quite clear!I don't like any unnatural altering processes.
What once was a healthy natural oil, will be an extremely unnatural mixture of chemicals, which will do no good for your body at all.
So many different kinds of food are getting heavily processed, its very hard for me to fathom, that such altering processes should be legal.
When oil is undergoing the refining process, it damages the natural structure of the fats, it destroys the content of natural antioxidants, creates free radicals and the product that will end in a store near you will be a container of chemical poison.
Research shows, that the explosion of heart disease from about 60 years ago up till today, coincides very well with the huge increase in the use of hydrogenated and refined oils, while the consumption of saturated fat, has actually decreased between the early 1900´s and present time.
Its my honest opinion, that the single most important factor for the above described increase in heart disease, is the intake of hydrogenated and refined oils.
Its time to remove the label of doom, that has been attached to natural saturated fat for decades, leading to a very bad reputation.
The best advice one could get, at least what good health concerns, is to eat natural organic food on a daily basis, or as often as possible.
I've increased my daily well being the last few years, only by focusing on healthy food choices, and reducing as many artificial foods as possible in my diet.
Don´t make the mistake and try to do everything right from one moment to the next.
It works for very few, but it can be done, especially if you are living alone.
Instead I suggest you begin phasing out some of the most harmful "foods" in the house.
If you keep doing that for some time, you will be surprised to see how many products you really don't need, and you will feel better and save a lot of money.
Remember! The most important battle is won when you shop! Don´t buy all the useless artificial "food".
If you manage to win those battles when shopping, you will surely win the war and become healthier.
I'm not like those extremists, that only eat what they cultivate themselves, but I will not eat everything anymore.
It can be a challenge, especially when eaten out or being a guest somewhere, but its your body, take control of the situation, instead of becoming a victim of guilt.
