External Hemorrhoid Removal - Is Surgery Your Best Option?

If you have been looking into external hemorrhoid removal then the chances are good that you have an external hemorrhoid that just won't seem to go away.
In this article we are going to be talking about whether or not surgery is your best option, and if it isn't we are going to be talking about something you can do to finally get rid of it.
1-Is surgery the best option? People often wonder is surgery is the best way to get rid of a hemorrhoid.
Honestly, the answer to this question depends on the person.
If you have a hemorrhoid that keeps reappearing and will never fully go away, then surgery is probably a good option for you.
However, if it is your first hemorrhoid and you just want to get rid of it, I wouldn't choose surgery.
2-Get the swelling down If you don't want to get surgery (which is a smart idea) then there are plenty of things you can do to get rid of it quickly.
The first thing you need to do is get rid of all the swelling.
This is easily done by icing it for twenty minutes at least five times per day.
The more the swelling goes away, the quicker the hemorrhoid will go away.
3-Relax it If you put a lot of strain on your hemorrhoid, this will just cause a lot of blood to rush to the area which will swell it again.
A way you can prevent this is by relaxing it.
One of the best ways to do this is by taking a bath in Epsom salt in a seated position.
