How to Build a Road Roller on LEGO Digital Designer
- 1). Press "F5" to enter build mode.
- 2). Go to the building palette and click on the "Bricks" tab. Select a basic rectangular brick to build the main body of the road roller. Stack as many together as you prefer for the design you have in mind.
- 3). Select any of the single-dot-wide pieces that can be used as a strut for the rollers. Turn four of the pieces vertically and place two on the front sides of the road roller and two in the rear.
- 4). Choose a circular brick or tire to use for the rollers. Stack several on top of each other, use the grouping tool to group the pieces and turn the rollers on their sides. Place one roller between each set of struts.
- 5). Select the hinge tool and use it to create a hinge between the rollers and each strut. Set the hinge so the roller turns in the proper direction.
- 6). Select the paint bucket, click on a piece you want to paint and select a color. Paint your entire model.
