How to Find an IP Addrees
- 1). Open the "Command Prompt." Type "cmd" into the "Run" utility, found in the Start menu.
- 2). Type "ipconfig /all" and hit "Enter."
- 3). Locate the IP address in the returned results. The IP address is the number (four groupings of numbers, separated by periods) listed next to "IP Address..."
