How to Sync the iPhone Notes App
- 1). Connect your iPhone to your computer using the docking cable. If iTunes doesn't open automatically, click the iTunes icon (double-click on a PC).
- 2). Click the name of your iPhone under Devices on the left-hand side of the iTunes window.
- 3). Click the Info tab above the center pane of the iTunes window.
- 4). Scroll down to the Notes section. Check the box next to Sync Notes. Select the program with which you want to sync your notes: Mail on a Mac or Outlook on a PC.
- 5). Click "Apply."
