- 1). Connect the iPod DVD adapter to the iPod audio phone input. This cord has the same end points, so it doesn't matter which end is inserted into the iPod.
- 2). Insert the other end of the adapter into the DVD player auxiliary jack. This will successfully connect your iPod device to the DVD system in the car.
- 3). Start the DVD player the same way you always do by turning on the car's engine and the DVD player, and find your music or videos using your iPod.
- 4). Make sure the video input is working properly on the DVD monitors if playing video by looking at both your iPod's screen and the DVD monitor.
