How to Prime the Pump for a Sundance Hot Tub

- 1). Turn the power to your Sundance spa to the off position. Confirm that all pumps are off.
- 2). Locate the air valve screw on the pump motor. This is in a different location for each Sundance spa model. It will be an off-colored screw that can be disconnected with your fingers.
- 3). Rotate the air valve screw in a counter-clockwise direction to allow the air to seep out of the lines. Listen closely until all the air has seeped out from the lines.
- 4). Tighten the air valve screw back with your hand. Only tighten this screw hand-tight.
- 5). Turn the pump to the spa back on. If the pump does not push water out of the jets, repeat this process again.
