How to Get an Authorized User Off of My Credit Card

- 1). Gather the necessary information to make a change to your credit card account. Write down your account number, billing address and any passwords needed to access your account (you may also need your social security number).
- 2). Contact your credit card company by telephone. Find the customer service number on your billing statement, or look on the back of your credit card.
- 3). Provide the representative with the required information to make changes to your account. Tell him or her the authorized user's name, and request that the authorized user be removed from your account.
