How to Find a Place to Edit Videos on Online

    • 1). Navigate to the CNET website. Navigate to the "Deep Tech" blog or the "Webware" section from the "Reviews" tab of the main page to find information about Web applications -- including online video editing programs -- that may soon become available or were recently released. Browse through the "Software" tab to look for reviews on the latest online video editing software, or search "online video editor" from the Search box at the top right corner of the site to access the latest information on new software.

    • 2). Navigate to the Wired magazine site and click into their "Reviews" section, then select "Software and Apps." Look for any new information or reviews on web-based video editors that have recently come out, or search "online video editor" from the Search box at the top right of the main page to find information on any new software out there.

    • 3). Navigate to the YouTube site. If you don't already have an account, click "Create Account" on the top menu to sign up. Once you've created an account, you can use YouTube's existing online video editor to trim clips, add music and perform other basic editing functions.
