How to Tell What Date a Canon 20D Was Made
- 1). Check the manual. The manual may have a copyright date, and the latest year printed within the copyright will be the date of manufacture. This is useful if you only need to know the year, however.
- 2). Check the box if you don't have the manual. The same procedure applies here; the latest date printed on the copyright section is the manufacture year of your camera.
- 3). Check the camera itself. The serial number is printed on the bottom of the camera. You should see the full manufacture date listed just beneath it.
