How to Use Picasa on an iPhone
- 1). Tap the Safari app on your iPhone's home screen if you only want to view your Picasa photos. Type Picasa into the search bar, or type picasa.com into the URL navigation bar. Enter your username and password to access your photos.
- 2). Tap the App Store icon if you want to be able to upload photos from your phone to your Picasa account. Tap the Search button in the bottom menu; then enter "Picasa" in the search bar and tap "Search."
- 3). Browse the list of Picasa apps, and choose one that fits your needs. Some provide extra features, but they generally cost more. Tap an app to view its features; then tap "Back" to return to the main list.
- 4). Tap the listing for the app that you want to download; then tap the button with the price. Tap it again when it says "Buy Now." Enter your password for your Apple account in the blue dialog box that appears. The app downloads to the first available slot on your home screen.
- 5). Tap the app when the progress bar for the download disappears. Each app will have slightly different instructions, but most apps have a similar setup. Tap the "Upload" button to add pictures to your Picasa account, and tap or check the pictures you want to add from your photo albums, then tap "Upload." Tap the "Albums" button to view, move and email your photos. Many apps also feature a "Friends" list, which allows you to communicate with your Google friends.
